    I’m 55, being doing Pilates consistently for 3 months now, I have (almost) healed my lower back and sciatica issues, plus I’ve started to notice muscle definition and I’m most certainly feeling stronger. I’m not stopping now, after the menopause my body changed but I’m taking back control.

    I combine Pilates with strength training and weights. Some days weights, some days pure strength trainings, some days just Pilates. Your muscles will define differently.

  • it rlly does work and it lasts a while but consistency is key. when i did a 30 day challenge, the first month i missed out a few days at first but slowly got into the habit of it. the challenge provided rests and they were enough. by my second time over i had already seen a change in my body, increase in muscle and decrease in fat. depression got in the way but i wanna get back so bad

    I just started doing Pilates recently to get back into working out and I’m already seeing results. My back doesn’t hurt anymore! And my tummy is getting toned again. I’m so excited to see what it’s like after 100 sessions lol

    So, I just started working out again because I’m so self conscious about my body since my daughter. Let me tell y’all! I’ve only been doing Pilates for a little over a week (in the morning and at night) and I feel a huge difference already. My body feels better, and Raven makes it so much fun! Thank you girl for helping people like me get their confidence back! Cannot wait to see the results to come!!:)

    Absolutely! I do pilates and intermittent fasting and always feel so much better if I keep at it. I definitely notice a difference if I happen to be slacking at all.
  • I looked better after 4 sessions. Pilates is extremely effective for whittling your waistline. 👍 I also enjoy the stretching and lengthening effect.😊

    Yes it will💯 the strength I've felt at every session and the way my muscles feel so activated is testament to that! Over time so much tone and increased balance and control of my body has taken place

    Pilates saved me from debilitating nerve damage from giving birth to my youngest. I’ve still a long way to go but I’m so thankful to FEEL my legs again and feel stronger overall!
  • I def agree, I've been doing pilates along with cardio and weight lifting for 3 months, with healthy eating as well of course, and I love the way I look.

    I did my 4th session today with you & I already feel amazing in mind, body & spirit!!!! 🙌🏾😃 The first session kicked my tail, I’m not gonna lie 😮‍💨😅 but it was exactly what I needed. Now I’m hooked! Looking forward to many more sessions to come 🫶🏾
