Praying for Wayne and his back. I broke my back while in the Army so I can sympathize with back pain. Now I'm recovering from a knee replacement and have had to adjust our garden plans for the year because of it. No worries though! With the Lord's help I'm still able to get quite a bit done. God bless you guys!

Such great message Lynne, yes we need to keep our bodies in as good a shape as possible as well as our minds in good spirits. The minds condition plays a vital roll in our bodies physical condition as well as strengthens us to see past what might be limiting us and help us keep focus and hope until we return to our ability to do whatever tasks and even yo expand our minds perhaps to new normal’s of the ways to do things. You and Wayne are such an awesome team, as you work together where many don’t realize the importance of that. Hope you get better soon, Wayne. Back pain is no fun. This is a very timely message for us, thanks Lynne. Warwick is just out of hospital and this morning we had a discussion about temporarily putting aside less urgent chores to save our energy for the vital ones.

Staying functional without taking risks is a key factor in later life. Weigh things up, do things a little slower and plan ahead. Yeah, I see a lot of people that have single points of failure. It'll be good to have more than two people around who can soak up the deficit of an injured person for a while. Hope Wayne is 'on the UP', it's very disheartening when you've got an injury. Sometimes the recovery just seems toooo long, but it comes eventually. There's plenty of well-wishers out here... Keep well and recover quick.
