Tayo, I really hope you'!! see this comment! It makes me happy to see that you're open to exploring the world. I find that us creatives often feel that we need to remain boxed, due to content that we have previously made, and the following we have built online. You're an amazing story teller, and regardless of what content you put out, your real supporters will be on the journey with you! Btw, I extra appreciate it when you share your vulnerable side, it makes you even more relatable- like in this video. Have a Happy New Year! 🎉 🥂

As a European world traveller I absolutely fell in love with your videos showing the real perspectives of so many different and diverse places. It's so important for people to see thr reality to break stereotypes and connect instead of oppose one another. Keep doing what you're doing, follow your heart and don't let anyone stop you. And as someone who calls the Netherlands their home, you're so welcome and if you're even back hmu ✌🏼

Silly me. I thought your largest audience was American. As a black American (myself), your stories about Africa and what's going on there are amazing. I can see through you, what I can only imagine from here. You do a great job. It's appreciated.

I love how vulnerable you can be on camera, you capture the feeling we all have as Africa freelancers and creatives, be present, stop for a minute and enjoy what's under your feet. I am so proud of you!
  • @jamidesutv
Thanks for being open and vulnerable with us, going to Europe and exploring the world doesn't mean you love Africa any less and we're right behind you every step of the way!! You are an amazing story teller and we're blessed to be on this journey with you.

This video made me so emotional and I don’t know why. Maybe because of the realisation that some times we have to slow down and also don’t let anxiety overtake us. We should enjoy the little things of life.

Hi Tayo, portuguese guy here, been following you for a while, I hope you have fun in Lisbon (even though is the my least favorite city in Portugal xD), I also hope you get to visit the rest of the country and its cities, which are all uniq and beautiful, unlike most people coming into Lisbon just to help on the inflation of the housing prices, also, the city is full of tourist traps, be careful with them!!!!! No hate here, just love, and if you need any tip on where to go, just send me a private message anywhere, there are many many places you can go and many many things I'll proudly show you too , for example Porto, Aveiro, Coimbra, Evora, etc etc... if you google them you'll see how different they are from each other. And yeah, unfortunatelly there's still a bit of disrespect surrounding the colonization era in Lisbon.

I am so shocked that you were afraid to travel the world. You deserved it and more. I’m glad you finally took the leap. Your audience loves you and they should never lock you down to a place, and idea or any feeling. I’m glad you’re experiencing Europe. It’s where I want to start my next adventure ❤

As a German/Nigerian who used to live in Lisboa for 9 months I really can recommend the city and it`s lovely people. I go there 2/3 times a year to meet my freinds and recharge my batteries.
  • Hey I’m angolan, born and raised in Portugal currently living in Germany…really nice to hear your perspective of my hometown. Now that I live in Germany i see how easy it is to take for granted those sunsets of Tejo river and the great restaurants or just the warmth of the people. I’m glad you are enjoying it and I recommend you to visit other places like Alentejo, Algarve and Porto you will definitely be pleasantly surprised!
  • Tayo, you are a travel blogger for sure but also a tremendous storyteller. You can go wherever can feed your inspiration. Yes, we love Africa but exploring beyond Africa doesn't mean you don't like your continent. It's your take and point of view on a certain destination we also want to hear. As the folks in this video said: "Enjoy the moment". Enjoy the journey!
  • @FelThommy
The efforts Tayo puts in his videos is top notch 🔝
  • This guy is simply the best at storytelling. You’re gifted, brother. Be forever grateful to God for giving you this gift. This video was a masterpiece, and I can appreciate the level of details and professionalism you put into editing it.

It's quite impressive to see you exploring the world and not just getting caught up in a stereotype that makes one believe that they can not go beyond their tribe or culture or continent. God has blessed us with this large world and expects us to explore it within our lifetime, that is what makes life beautiful and worth living.

Greetings from a European subscriber. I joined for the African landscapes and nature, and learned a lot about Africa and Nigeria. I got to tip a Nigerian colleague about your channel, they didn't know it. You're a great ambassador, best of luck in the future!

I don't blame anyone who says they had a bad time in Germany because of the people. This is something people need to know before they come here that people in Germany are more distant and colder than most other places. I have traveled all of Europe and there are very few places where people are even ruder than in my home country. I can only think of two right now, Sofia in Bulgaria and Venice in Italy. Everywhere else in Italy people are super nice, just not in Venice. I've been to Portugal several times and loved every minute! I definitely want to retire there or possible southern Spain. I'm wishing you all the best for the new year and for your new life here in Europe! And if you ever decide to come back to Germany and give it another try, consider some smaller less known towns, you might be surprised! Greetings from the middle of nowhere, Upper Palatinate, Bavaria!
  • You're an inspiration. I am from a tiny island country in the Pacific and you're one of my favourite African YouTubers. Some of the things that make you stand out from others include: your love for good scripting, out of this world cinematography and cool editing style. Whether you're in Africa or Europe, that won't bother me at all because those qualities will never depart you. Keep inspiring us.

Great work Tayo, you’ve been a great ambassador and storyteller for not only Nigeria but Africa at large. You deserve to expand your horizons and share you gifts and talents with the world. Wish you great success as you take your channel to the world continent by continent. May the lord keep you and bless the works of your hands exceedingly .🙏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🎉🎉
