The "black thing" that kept flashing is called "Z fighting". This occurs in video games where two or more polys are layered exactly at the same position which makes the computer confused of which polygon to render first, therefore it flickers between one and the other.

They should really just add a block editing tool in creative. And allow you to edit, save, and export/import blocks. Change the dimensions, properties, appearance, sound effects, durability etc

4:49 I think the tag needs to be "Invulnerable" not "Invincible" as that's how it works for other entities. But even with invulnerable the armor stands can still be broken by creative players.

Something I didn't realize until rewatching old mysticat videos like this is how much she has changed her voice over the past couple years to better fit her identity. As someone who wants to do the same (for the same reasons as her), it's really inspiring to see a real working example like this.
