Thank you Robert for finally filming my Vermont home. Sorry about Stowe traffic. They only have real traffic two weeks in October while you were there, so not likely to get lights soon. It was a cloudy rainy peeping season so lucky you got a few days of sun, which makes a big difference. You never disappoint!

I moved to Seattle from Vermont 20 years ago. I miss the small towns and its people. Vermonters are so friendly. When I moved to Seattle, I noticed people weren’t as welcoming, and seem to keep to them selves more often. Great video! Northeastern part is great when viewing colors. It’s a hidden gem

The narrow road and the boulders on Smugglers Notch road are all part of the attraction to the road. Don't want to change the character of it one bit. Makes you slow down and enjoy the beauty of it and we love it!

I've been a subscriber for many years. Thanks so much for the great job of covering my home state. I purchased my first RV from country camper and have sold two through them on consignment. I grew up in Waterbury and worked many years for Ben&Jerry's before retiring and hitting the road full-time. I was one of the guys on the development group for the Ice Cream graveyard and road snowmobiles in the field that is now the factory. And after they close the road for winter, I'd trained my sleddogs on the Smugglers Notch road. Our home base is Silver Springs Florida now. We're currently in Yuma for the winter, but will return to Apple Island resort in South Hero Vt. on Lake Champlain the spring of 2022. Robert, again thank you for doing such a great job covering our tiny little state. Safe travels hope to see you down the road.
