Tropical Storm Ernesto Likely To Form And Become A Hurricane (Tropics Update)

Tropical Storm Ernesto is likely to form soon and impact the Caribbean. Interests in the Leeward Islands, Puerto Rico, St Kitts & Nevis, The Virgin Islands, Antigua and Barbuda, Guadeloupe and the Dominican Republic Should be on the lookout for a tropical depression or tropical storm early next week. The storm could strengthen into a hurricane as it lifts out of the Caribbean and into the Turks and Caicos and Bahamas. Down the road the U.S. could see impacts from the storm.     This is likely not going to be fish a storm. Just because it looks like it's going to curve, it will likely impacts the Caribbean Islands. Bermuda, Turks and Caicos, Bahamas and U.S. need to keep an eye on it. Track could weird thanks to steering currents down the road. Thanks for watching! - Jonathan

    It’s been a long time since the Carolinas have been hit. I remember when I was much younger. Hatteras was hammered every other year. This reminds me of those scenarios. They are way over due.

    We in southeastern NC usually get the tornados. Me and my cat Booger have been through 2 hurricanes, 2 tornados and a hellacious hail storm. He gets terrified when it starts thundering and lightning and the wind picks up. I do too. It’s already saturated here and the last thing we need is more water and wind.

    He says it's going away from Florida, that means Florida homeowners make hurricane preperations-- buy your water now, if i'm wrong, then I'll never say weathermen are inept again

    This may possibly hit nyc if the track forecast comes in agreement in confidence that it'll put its trajectory to NY. Still uncertain at this moment when it comes to northern turns towards the northeast. Watching from New York.
