It’s upsetting how actors can be treated differently

Jennette had a terrible time on that show WHILE dealing with a bat shit crazy mom, relying on her completely for bills. The best to her, for real.

I read her book and I’m pretty sure I remember her saying that she doesn’t hate Ariana and that they might have been closer if their circumstances were different. She HATED her own working conditions in comparison to Ariana’s, because they were meant to be equal talents in their show, yet she was treated as a side talent to Ariana’s leading role. She resented that, and not Ariana herself.

Janette deserves all the good that comes her way

A section from Jeanette's book: (Im pharaphrasing) Remember the episode where cat was stuck in that metal box? That's because Arianna was going to an award show to perform. Meanwhile while Jeanette was on iCarly, she had to turn down a pretty big role because the cast refused to write her out of the script. Jeanette has every right to dislike Arianna. She always got more opportunities, and because of that, more fame.

I think the same thing happened to Victoria Justice. Ariana was able to pursue singing and Victoria wasn't.

Arianna is a great singer but it always felt weird how she got to where she is when she wasn't the main character on her shows

Jeneatte deserves better because Nickelodeon is the reason the child actors are so messed up.

Jennette never straight up said she hated Ariana she said she hated Nickelodeons favouritism towards Ariana also the show didn't end because of a feud she specifically says this in her book. She said the show ended because when Jennette agreed to do the show she said she'd only do it if they allowed her to direct an episode and near the end of filming season 1 they revealed to her that they'd changed their mind because someone big at Nickelodeon didn't want her to direct an episode. So Jennette did the whole show in hopes to direct but then never got it so she tried to leave Nickelodeon, got offered hush money didn't take it and that's that. If you actually read her book you'll know she herself says that the show wasn't ended because of a feud.

They shouldn’t hate each other they should hate the people who were playing favorites.

I love McCurdy and her work. I hope she knows that she gave us one of the best sitcom characters even when her work environment and mother were so toxic. ❤

Ariana got paid more than Jeanette which really upset her, because since they’re both the main characters, they should get paid the same amount.

its true that Jennette McCurdy didnt like ariana but they didn't fight and it didnt cause the show to end . ariana was an uprising pop star and she was so busy . just read Jennette's book

I’m so happy Janette is living a better life now. After everything she’d been through with her mom and Dan constantly making her life hell, giving Ariana preferential treatment was just a punch to the face.
