    Great build 🖖, how do you design any model, is there any software that you use to see which part will fit and then order them separately? I want to make robot out of lego for a project but don't know how to design. And what parts will be needed for build would you help me about with the direction?

    Back in the late 80s we actually had a subject in Primary School where we built Lego machines and programmed them using a system called Lego Logo..... Pretty much the precursor to Mindstorms, but with this system you had a special breakout box that connected to your computers serial port (remember those?) and you used a programming software similar to BASIC to program the motors, sensors and lights in your creation. From memory you could have up to 8 powered devices at a time.

    When I was a kid, I made a lego robotic arm and a lego plotter, which both could be controlled with a Commodore 64 and a custom cartridge hooked up in the back of it and to the wiring of the lego that I had made myself as well. Not SUPER complicated, but I was 9 at the time, and this was before mindstorm.

    I made a guitar using the next ultrasonic sensor to identify what pitch and the touch sensors to play like strumming. It used a rotation sensor to tune it and could play two octaves worth of notes. Being only a foot and a half long that's pretty good. It also had a frame shaped like an actual acoustic guitar
