  • I love how How I Met Your Mother incorporated all of their spouses into the show in memorable re-occurring roles.

YES! I love when this happens in TV shows/movies. For some reason, it just makes the episode better when they do little things like that.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine had some. One that strongly came to mind was the husband of the actress who plays Amy Santiago when they were solving a crossword puzzle murder mystery

I had no idea that Daisy's one night stand in "Daisy Jones and the Six" was played by Riley Keough's real life husband.
  • @kamsismith
I Love Lucy was the first show that came to mind.

Farrah Fawcett-Majors Appeared in 5 episodes of the Six Million Dollar Man. One of them titled "The Most Dangerous Enemy", only appeared in a magazine Steve Austin was leafing. Farrah also appeared in one episode of The Fall Guy after she and Lee Majors had divorced. Rob Reiner appeared in Penny Marshall's last episode of The Odd Couple.
  • Many of the SOs of Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s cast made cameos on the show

I think no one was as hilarious as Alex Denisof as Sandy Rivers in How I met your mother 😂 And David Burtka as Scooter was great too

A cameo I would’ve liked to see is if when Courtney Cox and David Arquette were still together I would’ve liked to see Courtney cameo on Disney juniors Jake and the neverland pirates (2011-16) which David was starring on as skully the parrot (my favourite character btw)
  • @XiaoGoGo
Tony Shalhoub and his wife Brooke Adams, in 5 different episodes of Monk, where she played different characters.

Melissa McCarthy makes sure her husband always gets a paycheck all the time lol. It must be in her contracts that he has to be included

I'm sorry, but u missed a rather good one. Jennifer Love Hewitt stars in the hit TV show, '9-1-1' and her husband Brian Hallisay guest-starred in about 3 episodes. In the show, they were married but he was an abusive psycho. And when he tried to kill her, she killed him. They are such great actors their scenes together were horrifyingly convincing. It was crazy, watching an actually married couple acting like that.

My personal favorite was when Louis Malle guest starred on Candace Bergen's "Murphy Brown."
