Something that I always found pretty cute with The Brady Bunch were (the times the girls, mostly) wore each other's previous outfits in later seasons! This was staying true to the episode about stepchildren and hand-me-downs! Jan wore some of Marcia's tops and dresses as well as Cindy wearing some of Jan's things. Even when Eve Plumb made an appearance on Here's Lucy in one scene she's wearing the old party dress Maureen McCormick wore in the first BB season about braces!

Fran Drescher from The Nanny and Kim Fields from Living Single shared some of the same costumes
  • The pink dress of Marie Antoinette and the Titanic coat are iconic!

I remember when Dr. Horrible came out, my friends and I noticed that his costume was a repurposed one from Serenity (the movie for the series Firefly, which makes sense because of Joss Whedon)

I love this so much. I love the idea that outfits can get a second life instead of being thrown away, locked up in storage or abandoned

You’re missing Lando wearing Han’s shirt and vest at the end of Empire Strikes Back

This might be one of my most favorite list topics you've EVER done!!! Having the sight to pick out these details is incredible. I just love this so much.

On friends, Lisa Kudrow as Phoebe Buffet’s character wore a sweater vest with a flower on it in the scene where they’re on the plane traveling to Vegas. The same vest showed up on Drew Barrymore as Josie in Never been kissed mid way through her “transformation”.

The armour from starship troopers was reused in firefly for the alliance soldiers

At a visit to the NBC Studios I learned that costumes and regular clothes worn by celebs are never thrown out and always will make an appearance somewhere at anytime.

Thank you for including Poe Party! I love that show ❤

There’s also the dress worn by both Morgan Matthews (Boy Meets World) and Michelle Tanner (Full House)

Not really an outfit but the bathrobe worn by Cher’s father in Moonstruck was also worn by Johnny Depp in Secret Window.
  • I would like to add the light blue coat of the "Lemony Snicket" movie worn by Emily Brownings character, designed by Colleen Atwood. She reused this coat in the "Alice in Wonderland" movie, here worn by Mia Wasikowska in her final scene ;).

The coat from titanic looked like a different color than the other show/movie.
  • That wasn’t the only time Elizabeth I wears something worn by her mother, Anne Boleyn. There is a red dress that was used in another interpretation of Elizabeth I, and was worn by Anne Boleyn, and Anna von Kleve in The Tudors.

You missed another one from Hocus Pocus. All of the Sanderson Sisters costumes appear on background characters in the first and second Halloween Town movies.

Going way back to 2 shows from the 60's,: The 18th c. The blue velvet coat that Trelane (William Campbell) wore in Star Trek's "The Squire of Gothos" was also worn by Mike Nesmith in the Monkees episode "The Prince and the Paupers" Another Star Trek costume worn by Korob in "Catspaw" was worn by Gilligan as Mrs, Howell's fairy Godfather in a dream sequence

I saw Kate Winslet’s coat from the Titanic in a prop auction for $100,000.

Some of the costumes from Dangerous Liaisons were also on the 1991 television series update of Dark Shadows. The costumes for Titanic and the original version of the time machine were later used in the 2001 version of The Time Machine
