For the first time, Geoff sets up a dealer table at the National. But you won't believe the trade offer that comes his way.

Blue shirt gum guy made out big with the Curry deal. Man was on a mission. Thought he’d throw in his kid if Geoff didn’t agree. Way to get the deal done. That’s an amazing card.

Massive win for the first guy that got the Ohtani and the Lawrence. Terrible trade for Geoff.

I want them to have a ten year reunion and talk about values.

With all the cash being thrown around, I wonder if the IRS will have a booth at the National next year😂

Probably my favorite deal you've recorded. You seemed almost speechless at the offer lol but it was so cool to see so such a high end deal go down.

Marshall Fogel is the man who owns the most desired Mickey Mantle rookie card in existence. At the time when he purchased the card, most people thought he was insane to purchase such a thing for roughly $130K. Today we know the card is priceless and fetches a conservative $40 to 50 million. Now, he admitted to Geoff that he didn't care if there were more of them out there; all he wanted was the one he purchased. The reason I remind everyone about this story is to prove a point. We are kids at heart, through and through. Marshall's story is the same story for this entrepreneur who just bought his holy grail. It's moments like this that define who we are and what makes this hobby so great. Be bold and courageous and always take calculated risks when the outcome will improve the quality of your life.

That last trade (the headline subject title) not to "spoil" any aspect of what it is and how it ended was so intriguing and engaging, high sports card geek / collectibles nerd drama !!! I loved it !!! Great episode!!! This is my testimonial to tell folks to watch this in its entirety.
  • @WHATSINSIDEFAMILY
WOW! What a deal. Amazing watching you make these massive decisions.

Man that would be so hard to let that Curry NT go, especially already having a good chrome version. I respect Geoff willing to make a deal

Thanks for the content and making yourself so available to all levels of collectors for trades. I'm sure for a lot of these people being able to say they did a deal for a card with you adds a lot of personal value and meaning
  • That last guy isn't sweating cash at all. He just wanted that Curry RPA so bad, you can feel it. I'm glad he got the card he wanted.

It was fun to watch you sweat through that deal Geoff. I know I’d be as uncertain as can be letting go of that Curry NT. Glad you’re always willing to get down with the average guy at shows!
  • @davitricjackson
I think I'm with him on those schedules. That's super collectable to me. Never seen those before.
