If they allowed someone who was white to go into the restroom and you seen it or have been confirmed that was the case by the witness, then yes they were racist and that really sucks. They should be filed against by a bad review, call corp on them, get their boss too. You definitely did good video taping it. However, if it was a speculation without evidence, then it shouldn't be considered racism but it sucks and they still are allowed to tell you that you have to buy something in order to use the restroom. So sorry though either way because you seem like a great guy who don't like to stir up trouble. I'm truly sorry you had to deal with that.

And how do they know your not using the restroom 🚻 before ordering your food? That BS. She was probably pissed because people mess it up and she has to clean it.
