I'm being kind in this vlog and review. No, I'm not a Karen, with that said, I expect not to get a run around when I pay for an all inclusive resort. I expect the place to at least be semi-clean. And I expect the front desk staff to treat me with some ounce of dignity and kindness. Am I asking for too much? I'm also not a fan of coming home with the fear of bed-bugs.

    When taking this persons opinion. You first have to understand the source. Secondly, I’ve stayed at that hotel many times with my family and we love it so much. We never had an issue stating their. Thirdly, you again have to understand the source this opinion is coming from. Some people are just never satisfied or just plain hard to please and no matter what they are just never happy. Lastly, I loved staying there and were always hesitant staying anywhere else as we love Barceló puerto Vallarta so much.

    Yes it’s sad and frustrating when our expectations are not met. But…Something most GRINGOS don’t know or don’t care about is just how little Mexican Hotel workers are paid. Puerto Vallarta just raised their minimum wage. Hotel workers make about $300 dollars a month. That breaks down to $12.50 a day. Yes $12.50 a day. I’ll let that sink in.
