No names mentioned here. We found out the new guy did not have a knife on him, so we taught him a lesson and left him in the pot while we went in and ate lunch. He did carry a couple knives from that point on.
Note: you need to, in case someone gets caught in the bight (a line going overboard) or some other problem.
Lesson learned. Great crewman and friend.
