The daughter was clearly saying that she doesn't feel safe with her mother and that her mother abuses her and hits her. The mother heard her say that and didn't even react to it.

The father is clearly innocent. The daughter is afraid of the psycho, abusive mother.

The mom is trying to turn the tables on the father. I don't doubt out of the divorce, she gave the husband the short end of the stick, so the daughter didn't like that, on top of being forced into psychiatric care by her mother, she knew she wasn't safe. The friends know everything and officials need to listen to the kids, LISTEN TO THE KIDS. Too many times we see that they could have done something before something even worse happens.

This is such biased reporting. Why are you reporting on the mom’s subjective statement and not about the video clearly showing a young girl in distress and scared of her mother. She’s 15 not 5 - I doubt her reaction ton the video with the cops is because she learned to act that way. This is ridiculous!
