  • The DAD was protecting his DAUGHTER from the DIABOLICAL MOTHER. The justice system failed them, so he took matters into his own hands.THIS IS SUCH B.S. I'm sure the mother's rich family donates to the Monterey Park Police Department.
  • Yet the mom is the one with the previous record of punching her child and stabbing her husband.
  • I don't believe that mother at all! I had a horrible mother and can identify with the child.
  • She went to you for help to expose her abusive mother but you’re siding with the mother and now she’s in foster care. Shame on you
  • The daughter was clearly saying that she doesn't feel safe with her mother and that her mother abuses her and hits her. The mother heard her say that and didn't even react to it.
  • ABC7 is defending the mother...Alison came to you for help. Shame on you guys.
  • I feel so sorry for the young girl. She’s in the middle Of this toxic divorce.
  • He didn’t coach her best friends to say stuff about her.
  • The father is clearly innocent. The daughter is afraid of the psycho, abusive mother.
  • The mom is trying to turn the tables on the father. I don't doubt out of the divorce, she gave the husband the short end of the stick, so the daughter didn't like that, on top of being forced into psychiatric care by her mother, she knew she wasn't safe. The friends know everything and officials need to listen to the kids, LISTEN TO THE KIDS. Too many times we see that they could have done something before something even worse happens.
  • The dirty wolfs went after him. They did not like the video that emerged. He can sue them. Protecting your child is not a crime.

mom abused daughter, tried to send daughter to mental institute, daughter went to father to help, then father gets arrested. this society and police are fucked up.
  • Idk. Judging by his sincere reaction and demeanor, he doesn’t look like the abuser here. Why hasn’t the mother made a statement live?
  • Yikes, i feel like at 15 the child should be able to decide which parent they want to live with... she clearly hates her mother, this is terrible.

can’t believe ABC7 took the mom’s side when she is clearly the abuser. Alison even went to your news station to tell her story. Shame on you ABC7!
  • Bizarre The Mother’s the one who wanted Alison to go to a Mental institution
  • This is such biased reporting. Why are you reporting on the mom’s subjective statement and not about the video clearly showing a young girl in distress and scared of her mother. She’s 15 not 5 - I doubt her reaction ton the video with the cops is because she learned to act that way. This is ridiculous!
  • The dad was trying to protect his daughter from the abusive mother because the court system failed to protect her from that monster mother of hers!.
