A tropical system is brewing in the Atlantic with a 90% chance of developing into Tropical Storm Ernesto within the next seven days. The National Hurricane Center issued the first advisories for the storm. Parts of the Leeward Isles are under a tropical storm watch as the tropical cyclone continues building strength in the Atlantic.

Current models indicate the storm will likely curve towards Bermuda, bypassing the East Coast.
