    I know that probably no one cares but i gotta tell someone how happy am I. Yesterday i visited a salt mine with my family. We live preety closet to it and we go there evry few months (it helps a lot with imunity). The things is that we have to go down and the climb back up around like 300 stairs or something like that. Evry Time i had to climb back up it was like hell. I could not breathe, my legs were hurting so bad. But this Time i got back up without even sweating at all. I have lost almost 15 kg this summer (33 lbs i think) but i was vrey demotivated as the scale was not moving at all. Yesterday made me realiste that i didn t need the scale. I realised that not that kg that o was losing were important, but the strenght i am gaining. Thank you Jo. May God bless your hard work!

Day 1 : 20 mins : 198 calories burn : 73 kgs Day 2:🚫 Day 3 : 30 mins , waist : 109 cm ,forgot to wear my fitness watch so Don't know how much calories I burnt. Day 4 : 🚫 Day 5: 🚫 Dat 6 : 46 mins ; 400 calories ; 3533 steps ; 72 kgs ; 109 cm waist Day 7 : 45 mins ; 346 calories Day 8 : 41 mins ; 384 calories; 3000 steps Day 9 : 20 mins : 175 calories Day 10 :🚫 Day 11 : 20 mins Day 12 : 45 mins Day 13 : 35mins : 307 calories Dat 14 : 250 calories Day 15 : 🚫 Day 16 : 388 calories , 45 mins Took a long break of 20 days as I was busy celebrating Durga Puja & it's after effect...but today started again. Day 1/100 : 3rd November: 300 calories; 40 mins ; waist 108 cm Not giving that much attention to weight as it can fluctuate for many reasons. Day 2 /100 : 4th November - 300 calories ; 44 mins ■■■ Today is 30th November....I started my 100 Day fitness challenge but couldn't continue it for various reasons..... I didn't do any excercise or healthy eating for the past 15 days.... So starting from today...again.... Tomorrow onwards I will post everything to hold myself accountable...& if any of you guys want to start this along with me plzdrop a comment...that way it will be more inspiring for us .....❤❤❤❤

    As a person who is trying to recover from binge eating and treat exercising as a form of honoting the temple of the Holy Spirit, not as a form of punishing myself for binging, your workouts are the best for me. This one was a quick restart and helped a lot with the way I feel physucally, but upmost with my mental state. You`re a blessing to us, Jo!

    feeling under the weather and felt a bit guilty for wanting to miss the workout, (yes rest days are good but I just can’t miss it 😂) I have been working out with you for around 4/5 months and seen progress. today I just cannot miss the workouts, PUSHED MYSELF! I literally enjoy these where I HAVE TO do them! anyone else reading this push yourself show up for you & have fun! It’s a lifestyle, wishing good vibes to everyone reading this & thank you to JO!     Hello! I’m 39 yrs old and I was looking for a good and fun cardio. You came up on my FYP on TikTok which sent me here. I did the 20 min cardio and wow! I loved it! I felt better and look forward to doing more! I never been as heavy as I am and I need to loose weight. I strongly believe this will help me and I can’t wait to try more workouts! 😀

  • Wow, Jo has a showing up challenge and now has a trailer for her premiere workouts! Just Amazing! You are truly glowing! This trailer did get me motivated, I was dancing! Short workouts/walks are my jam like 10 minute, 12 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes. For example, with 10 minute workouts you can do them throughout the day like morning, day, afternoon, or evening. I find it easier to motivate myself to do a 10 minute workout. Mariane Cresp in her self-care/break list video mentioned about taking small breaks. Music and dance is a nice form of self-care and joy. I will do this workout along with Gina B from the channel Up to the Beat fit 20 minute Tina Turner Dance Party workout. Thanks for all your do for your workout community!
