So, basically what was said was to hire people based off of their sex, religion, ethnicity, sexuality, and race instead of their qualifications? That's... that's some very dangerous rhetoric they're spewing
  • @Eric-bq1jo
Why do most people in these DEI positions look the same? Don't see much diversity.
  • @Cosecant18
Didn't they hire a DEI worker on Boeing and their door on one of their planes open mid-flight?
  • @VulgarTruth
The most qualified person for a position ahould be hired and thats it.. who cares if that person is disabled, black, gay etc.. wtf

DEI 🤢🤮. That’s what I think of DEI.

😂😂😂 this should be unconstitutional. You need restraining with Douglas Murray.
  • If Marxists are competent at anything, it's coming up with clever euphemisms that make their ideas sound moderate & allow them to obfuscate & avoid honest discussion. Let's cut thru the BS on DEI: The "diversity" and "inclusion" parts are mostly red herrings meant to make gullible people think DEI is broadly agreeable to any reasonable person. These 2 meaningless buzzwords also enable DEI advocates to use smears such as "anti-diversity" to dismiss critics without addressing their arguments. The real point of contention is "equity." Again, this word is chosen because uninformed people may think it is similar to "equality" as they're phonetically alike. However, the two concepts are actually mutually exclusive, as equity calls for equal OUTCOMES at the group level and explicitly tries to justify discrimination against individuals in pursuit of those outcomes. It's telling that the pro-DEI brigade would rather smear & obfuscate than defend their belief in discrimination & inequality

This is about “Feelings” and not about “Equality” for all. The Standards should the same for all. We should have the best people in the jobs, based on high standards.
  • @rajesh1174
I get it, so if you're poor, I shouldn't hire you. But if you're diverse and middle-class and or wealthy, I should hire got it.
