I like "out front" mounts that attach to my road bikes' bars for my Garmin Edge 830, and I always use the tether. I've bought several Thinvik brand mounts, and they are great value.

I use a 76 Projects Enduro mount which keeps the garmin in a safe place in the event of a crash

A very timely video as I just had the mount with the rubber bands around the bars and they came flying off during the craziness of yesterday's 2w Enduro. Luckily we managed to back track and find it on a gravel road but need to get a much more secure mount

The one at 3:31, the adjustable stem mount from k edge, is it smooth attachment of the computer , I . E does it have lot of resistance when swiveling on the computer ? Or removing computer ? Would it work for my stem which is 100mm, 7 degree rise?

I use the K-mount stem cap version. Think its the cleanest mount for sure! Great bit of kit
