The thing I hear no one asking -- how would this guy possibly think he could EVER have gotten up there in the first place, unless he had some knowledge? Any normal person would absolutely assume that building would be guarded below, or with guys on top of it. And yet, he somehow just decided to go ahead with it, and then he manages to climb on top of it with a rifle in open view, probably fiddling around with a ladder beforehand.
