30 years ago I had root canal and have never been in so much pain in all my life. Had it done again a year ago and barely noticed any pain. Dentistry has moved on a lot. You got this. You’ll be fine.

Just got root canal for 3 of my lower incisor teeth and to be honest my teeth had a severe infection so at the first sitting it took 2 shots of anaesthesia to numb , it hurted a lot but was bearable. After that 2nd and 3rd sitting were without anaesthesia had a little pressure on tooth thats it. So I would like to say that this procedure is pain-free and you experience little to no pain but if anyone has a severe infection like me, they might experience some pain maybe about 3 on a scale of 10. So dont delay your appointment for dentist.

A brilliantly designed video. I'll soon have my first (maybe last) root canal procedure. Have long heard of this process but didn't know what it involved. This exceptional video told me all that I wanted to know in a brief, easy to follow presentation. Kudos! Oh ... that procedure? ... bring it on!

I had my first root canal today and I came into the office scared but I was relaxed when they started. Nice people working there and it just hurt when they got to one spot. The smell was so disgusting though when they drilled into there, smelled like rotting teeth or poop!

I had a root canal yesterday and I felt 0 pain. There was some soreness right after the procedure for like an hour but it was manageable

I just got one done last week and it hurt a bit during the drilling. But they did give me more anesthesia when I told them. I'm just waiting on my new permanent crown now.
