  • Question #3 is the best! I work with a lot of wholesalers and when people ask me, "what's the lowest price you'll take?" it is so annoying. They haven't even looked at the property and they are already asking for a discount.

    Thank you Peter and team for putting out such good content on buying and managing commercial property. In this video, I like your three questions to ask sellers when working with them directly. 1. Why are you selling? (trying to get to seller motivation) 2. What will you do with your proceeds? (are they concerned about taxes?) 3. What does a good offer look like? (getting to best price and terms without being confrontational) All three are important questions and should be asked in the way you outlined for the best result.
