  • Great vid, very interesting, your dinner looked delicious.my parents grew up in southern Italy & when they were kids 60 yrs ago..their sweet treat if they were available would be a dried fig cut in half with half a walnut kernel sandwiched in the middle.my parents also used to make these for me from figs they sun dried.absolutely delicious,I still have these occasionally.

Thank you John! I really appreciate the what I eat in a day vids!
  • Ok I have been wanting to learn more on this exact subject. Since I have been learning about foods I have switched to mostly organic foods for me and my family. I wished I had one of you in my pantry for whenever I need to go shopping. I’d pull you out to the stores with me. Your amazing guy. 👍
  • Totally agree with your approach! Been trying to figure this out for years. Finally came to the same conclusion. Almost everyone on the planet should eat like this. Kudos.
  • I ordered some of those fresh bardhi dates they are amazing amazon had them fresh..

LOL🤣John, you're as much a mooch as I am when I go to the Tianguis(open air market)here in Mexico, love the free samples of fruit, mainly watermelon, papaya and cantaloupe! 😂Never saw a White nectarine before, until now with you in this COOL video, although in season we get white peaches, usually they're so sweet and juicy, just small, about the size of a large apricot. Loved the veggie burrito as well as the lightly cooked food, that pink rice, millet, don't remember what else it has in it, cooked in mushroom gravy and watermelon juice?!! I'd like to try that, sounds and looks mighty tasty.😋Thanks for sharing John, 👍and buen provecho! 😊
  • This was awesome! Seemed yummy and balanced, good times.
  • Greetings from Southern California. I want to come over for some heat-processed foods. 😺🙌
  • White sapote are my faves. I always thought they should've been the ones named custard apples, because they' look more like apples and are more like custard than custard apples are.
