Ive had to do lots of that over the years. Not so much fittings but pipe. What I found works great if you throw your beveller on the pipe and put the knuckle off a crawler torch you can do the same sort of thing. And In alberta we call your grinding rock a cone stone.Its amazing how we all use the same tools but call them different names lol Keep doing what your doing its awesome

Another tip this man has shared with the "new" people that is absolutely spot on. We use to have to do this in the big fab shops here in Houston back in the day because it was cheaper to do this than pay for it to be counter bored by the suppliers, About the only time this wasn't allowed was when we working on nuclear piping, stupid, but they were way to particular, IMHO. Yep, dirty tip sucks Good job again.

Chris -- Can you give a tutorial on how your roll out wheel is put together on one of your tool demo's that you do? I am interested to know if there is a bearing in that pipe that allows it to spin so freely or if its just pipe inside of pipe. I would greatly appreciate it.
