I truly appreciate videos like this. I'm going through welding school right now and learning how to repair mistakes like this I think are absolutely necessary to know how to do. Thank you for showing this and others.

I’m tryna figure out how in the hell I’ve never heard of this guy before. I enjoy watching these old hands give us young guns pointers when our journeymen won’t. I’m finishing my third year of school up here in Alberta, and have everything I need to rig up besides a truck and a deck. These videos are an inspiration for sure! Chris’ definitely up there now with the other guys I look up to (Weld professor, Nathan Montes, Austin Ross, and Jacob Schofield). Keep on keeping on my brother 💪

  • Going through welding school now and the 5 to 7 o'clock position has been the most trouble for me. I will be trying what you just showed on my next blowout, which will probably be on Monday. Keep the advice coming!

I was told by an old timer that when I got into tig Welding, I was going to have a hard time stick welding. Went about 6 years strictly tig welding, pick up a stick rod and forgot pretty everything I was taught. Took me a full day to get back into the groove of thinks
  • @TalRohan
