Khalid Sheikh Mohammed or KSM and 2 key accomplices have entered “pre-trial” agreements, says the US Department of Defense. This comes 18 years after Mohammed was transferred to Guantanamo Bay. Excellent Research. A big shoutout to you and your team. IS seems to be staying there with some distinction. It might sound a bit outdated to research, since threat analysis nowadays is done more & more in context of state actors, but one might look at the effects this decision would have on these groups. After 2013, especially in Kashmir, JeM is thought to have taken a frontward position than LeT. And after the Pulwama attack, again an offshoot of LeT seem to have taken over the attacks.
