  • No parent should have to go through this mental torture. I am sickened to see humans treat another human in such a evil manner and get away with it. My prayers go out to this mother and her children.

After watching this, I have no words. I went through a similar experience here in the Netherlands but they couldn’t get it right to take my daughter away from me. They talk about developing countries behind behind and corrupt but they have the biggest organized crime network . This angered me so much because I lived through this! Never underestimate a mother love!

Boycott Norway... Such A Shame Norway still didn't apologize Sagarika
  • Nominate this movie to the Oscar's just so that the world takes notice... It's insane but it's happening to many... Raise the matter to the UN do that they can warn such non aligning countries of rap them to shame... India govt had the power to force the Norway govt to reopen the case else it would have been closed chapter for the sad mom... Imagine if it were some other country!

The husband betrayed first! His indifferent attitude was a red flag in itself!
  • I actually followed the story when it actually happened back in 2011. I couldn't believe the reason of displacing the children. Norway broke an Indian family. What is surprising is that they placed condition of divorce to give back the children to their father. As usual husband & inlaws agreed which obviously refused by wife. I read several Norweigian blogs at that time. The careworkers accused of not giving the elder boy good quality beef. They are so illeterate they dont even know Hindus di not generally consume beef. Also they accused mother of giving curd rice (bengali mixes rice with curd). Norweigian don't consider it as food. My goodness. All scandanevian countries are same. If anyone wants to live better better live alone. Or if your luck runs out you will loose your children forever. For Sagarika's case if Indian govt did not intervene she would have never got back her children. And ovbiously her husband left her like a coward.
  • This is so shocking. I am a mother of 1 and I cannot Imagine my kid being taken from me. I am living in UK and I am from Pakistan. Upbringing of children is quite similar to Indians. We feed kids with hands, keep them in our bed when they are little, like literally my son is sleeping on my left arm while I type this text..etc. I am so sorry that this mother and many other mothers who have gone through this torture. It breaks my heart that a desi mother who is naturally and spiritually attached to her kids had to face this horrible living hell to get custody of her children which she kept in her womb for 9 months. You are one amazing women my darling.

I've never cried from a movie until I just watched this masterpiece 😭💔 what an amazing story, the strength and courage this mother had to fight for the love of her children God Bless Her 🙏🏽♥️ I hope she is living her best life filled with so much love and happiness with her beautiful children thank you for sharing your story ♥️ I will never forget it 💯

Eating with hand is not a valid reason to take children away from parents.. Don't we eat fruit, toast etc with hands.. All those who do this should have children taken away from their parents.... Sad world we living in.
  • She needs to sue the Norway government for false reports, mental, physical & emotional damages.
  • @azzym9081
The husband's family should be very embarrassed. But also those Norwegian child service people should also feel endless shame for being part of such a toxic system. Glad she got her children back and that they are safe again. She is a good mother. 🙏🏾❤️
  • I cried so much because of her story. Glad she's now living happily with her children ❤

State of Norway should issue formal apologies to all parents involved in this and must reassess all cases without prejudice. Barnevernet should not be a party to the case as their motivations are only financially inclined.
  • @dandeliony491
Thank you for taking this dark story to the public. More people need to know these malpractices done by the child wellfare service called “Barnevern” in Norway. She is not the only immigrants who have had terrible experiences from “Barnevern” in Norway. Many children have been taken from their parents for no logical reason.
  • Remind me never to visit Norway or Sweden!!What absolutely deplorable treatment of this Indian mother by Norwegian Social Services and other agencies. As for the Indian in-laws- that’s a whole other story of dishonesty and trickery! This brave, intelligent woman appears to have been conned by so many people that she had put trust in - her husband, her in-laws and the government of her adopted country … the real victims however were the small children wrenched from their mother and deprived of her love for 3 years! Shame on all who supported, enabled, perpetrated and gained from this human rights violation.
  • This case just breaks my heart in so many pieces! This was a terrible incident not only for the kids but the mother too!
