Movie Bios on Rockstars I would like to see done properly are: Tupac (properly), Wesley Willis, GG Allin, Chuck Berry, Janis Joplin, Rolling Stones, Takeshi 69 (and titled $nitch)

I wouldn't go as far as calling it a bad film but this, Bob Marley, and Whitney Houston have reached the point where these music biopics have gone out of hand. We need more music biopics like Rocketman and Elvis and less like those three I mentioned. Hopefully Michael can bring back the magic of music biopics. However, I already know the Frank Sinatra biopic will be PEAK because it's Scorsese and DiCaprio.

You could tell. As soon as the still shots for the Amy Winehouse movie were released, I knew the movie was going to be awful and the movie was going to be similar to Blonde without the pornographic aspects despite the movie being R-rated. If Bob Marley and Amy Winehouse taught me anything, it's that it inspired me to pitch their stories as miniseries and pitch a TV series of dead celebrities who died way too soon reacting to their biopics. Regarding your question about a musician, specifically dead musicians, I would love a biopic on, there's so many I have that I considered pitching, but the ones I feel strongly about are Kurt Cobain and Peter Tosh. What about you?
