On this episode we go behind the scenes and work on Pigpen. This truck made its way into the Motortrend family several years ago on an episode of Roadkill. It sat in a junkyard for decades until David Freiburger and Mike Finnegan saved it. It sat for several years until Mike Cotten and myself got our hands on it for an episode of Faster with Newbern and Cotten. We body swapped it onto a 1987 s15 chassis and stuffed the engine bay with an LS7 making 630 hp. Its backed by a Gearstar Performance Transmssions 4l80e and a Quick Performance 9" Rearend. I completely wired the truck and made it street legal and we updated the EFI from an old hacked up MSD setup to a Holley Terminator X.

    David the work you Cotten did to Pig Pen is incredible ever since Roadkill first pulled out of the junk yard I always hoped they would do something to truck. I'm so happy with what you and Cotten did to it
