I tried HYDROGEN PEROXIDE on my dry feet to remove dead skin and the results were AMAZING! The calluses on the bottom of my feet melted away and my skin is amazingly soft and smooth.

Happy Monday! Comment down below if you’d try this on your feet! 🤍🦋

To help lessen dry cracked feet be sure you are getting enough B3 and omega 3 oils in your diet. Cut out corn & vegetable oils, instead use olive, organic coconut,r avocado oils when frying your foods. Plus cut down or cut out sugar. Anything with high fructose corn syrup is awful and contributes to foot problems, from pain in foot heels to include the whole bottom of feet when walking.

This is better than how the people in the shops do it. I had an argument with one employee about how rough my feet felt after paying them $75. It was the truth. They did the hot wax and some other scrub. When I tried your method I was soooo satisfied. And I didn't have to wait for a chair. I had my own, without the massager😒. Thanks for informing us.
  • slap on a thick layer of vaseline put your socks right on over it. Do it over night, apply it the same way before you go to work, after your shower; I promise in just 3 days you'll see a huge difference
  • Peppermint Castile soap will do this without soaking. I keep a bottle in the shower with pumice (the really airy ones they use at the salon) and every few days or so I put a little Castile on the pumice and go town for about 15 seconds per foot while in the shower and my feet never get build of dead skin anymore.

I refuse to pay somebody to make my feet better when i can do it myself. Thanksss😊🎉
  • You should never use a metal cheese grater on your feet. It makes the skin grow back harder and poses a great risk of cuts and possible infection. The pumice stone or sponge is a preferable choice. Taught in cosmetology schools

Oh my goodness . I'm a 67 year-old woman and I didn't know anything about using peroxide on my feet. I had a big callus on one side of my foot that been there the years and I never could completely get rid of. All I did was get some warm water holder peroxide in there and soak my feet for 15 minute. I use a foot scraper. Then Iris soak my foot for five more minutes and finish off using the foot scraper. That callous is now ninety to ninety-five percent. Just want to say thank you thank you 😊.

Hey. From experience, I've learned that the grater keeps making excess skin. The more you use it, the more you're gonna need it. I stopped using it and started using a mild pumice stone. I also apply a homemade shea butter mix to feet and wear socks for awhile OR sleep in them to allow butter to melt into skin. Feet are smooth again. Evn if you don't use butter, plzzz stop using the grater.🥰
  • I tried this. It worked really well getting dry flaky skin off my feet and there was some discolored skin that came away also. I plan to continue this routine. Thank you.
  • @b.nailsit
As a licensed nail technician I would recommend just using a pumice stone in a circular motion to continue to make sure it’s not scratches on the bottom
  • I'm a man who takes care of his feet. For years I have simply applied lotion on my feet and put on socks before bed. My skin has stayed smooth for the 20! years I've been doing this. I don't do this every night, just about 3 days a week. Also I've found that wearing slides too much dries out your feet and leads to rough skin, so throwing on some running shoes and getting active helps a lot.

Try white (or apple cider) vinegar and brown Listerine, you'll love those results so much more
  • @Ppet744
Also try soaking your feet in vinegar and warm water for 30 minutes. Then use your professional foot file and watch how easily the flakes comes off. Don’t forget to moisturize your feet. I also like to moisturize my after doing this process by mashing up a over ripe banana, applying to your feet leave on for 20-30 minutes, then wipe off with damp towel, your feet will be smooth and soft. Using bananas is a little messy, just make sure you use a towel to put under your feet, you will love the results

Sometimes our feet needs that pampering, thanks for sharing ❤

I quit sugar for a month. This disappeared completely for me. In my case, it's an extreme allergy to sugar overload inside your body.
  • Vicks or any brand vapor rub is also good for moisturizing ur feet and helps with fungus too. Before bed after a shower/bath tub the Vicks on ur feet put on socks bro seal it n. Also Vicks on ur toenails helps with yellowing and fungus.
  • I have been doing foot reflexology since I was 22/23 and it is an added benefit health and relaxation wise. As the foot corresponds to various parts of the body, it helps especially during the last days of my cycle. I treat myself once a month sometimes twice a month when really stressed. I try to fast a few days prior and the day of, drink only water and green tea to help my body remove the toxins that have been massaged out and will later be excreted.
  • @gabellagoosa2
The foot grater will eventually cause nerve damage. It isn't supposed to be used in spas BUT some still use them.

I'm not sure why this video popped up in my feed, but I'm loving it!
