A warm breeze blew across the land, inviting the animals to leave their dens and nests and play under the stars. One such creature was a cat, his paws making hardly a sound at all as he followed a young vole around the river bank. When the striped cat finally pounced, the capture was quick and clean, and he soon returned to his den, belly full, to sleep a nice, easy, deep sleep until morning.
