- 2 x sprint distance triathlons
- 4 x half marathons (best time was 1:39)
- Snowboarding (indoor UK centres, France and Austria)
- Lots of gym, mountain biking, road cycling, running, swimming and rock climbing
- Paintball (was a member of 3 sponsored teams), plus lots of marshalling

Due to injuries, work, family and an over-indulgence of bacon, my efforts to keep fit have slackened. I'm working on reversing this :-)
