I can't decide if the starfish i creepy or cool... The idea to use old eyeshadows is brilliant though! Somewhere I have a palette of metallic/neon I bought cheap ages ago and never got around to use.

This really isn't a new concept because a lot of eyeshadows are made with mica...so of course they will work!!
