Love to see all the vegetarian recipes you have posted lately! :) My personal favorite is the lunch waffles I make the recipe is (x1) Yellow Squash (x1) Zucchini (x3) Eggs (x2) Small Russet Potatoes (3rd a cup) Almond Flower (two handfuls) Shredded cheese (a spoonful) chili powder (a spoonful) buttery steakhouse seasoning (a teaspoon) minced garlic . I make this in a huge bowl and put 1/3 cup of the mixture into my dash mini waffle maker it usually takes about 4 minutes per waffle and makes anywhere from 12-16 waffles depending on the size of the veggies.

Hey Gordon. Just a heads up, Parmesan is sadly not vegetarian. Due to legal regulation of the name Parmesan, it has to be made using rennet extracted from calf stomach. Thankfully, there is also "Parmesan" made with microbially sourced rennet (which is the exact same molecule), however, under EU law, it was forbidden to call it Parmesan.

I’ve recently made this absolutely delicious recipe for my vegetarian friends and they loved it. In fact all the guests vegetarians and non vegetarians were so happy with it. Thank you Gordon Ramsay.

I love making tomato soup with red, yellow and green cherry tomatoes. All three varieties together improve the flavour immensely.
