That was a sound video and sound analysis. With a strong, solid foundation you can cruise with intention through even simpler pop tunes with confidence. The audience will just enjoy and respect her vocal but there’s work being Dua Lipa’s sound. Really tight team of backing vocalists and band. Lots of rehearsals and blending with the musicians.

Some people say that she can't sing. First of all that's not true and second of all I think that those "opinions" are based of the kind of music that she puts out, but the truth is, just because she's not belting all the time doesn't mean she's not good at singing. It's similar to when people were saying that Billie Eilish can't sing, cause she's whispering, which we all know is not true. I think that people forget that every artist have their own style and that's amazing! If we'd have artists who makes the same music, sings in the same genres and have the same style that would be Boringgg! Back to the point... As you said that kind of singing is really underrated. Her sounds are restrained in kind of way, but her voice is so full actually and I love her tone. Her voice is unique and have some kind of depth and raspiness (in a good way) which makes it really addictive. You want to hear more and more. Now you just have to react to the rest of this tiny desk, cause it's really, really good. There's only two songs left: "Love Again" (which is my personal favorite from this Tiny Desk) and "Don't start now". ❤️
