This guy is Reject. He was the original design of Movie Sonic before being, well, rejected and replaced. He was thrown away and that festered into his mind breaking, becoming a killer.
To combat this he made a fake suit to look more like Movie Sonic to appease this other him, although it was never enough. And now someone wants to rap battle him?
