About your thoughts why Aventurine still fears Sunday powers in the dream: Like you said Aventurine tested out to die but couldn’t - reason is that the Harmony protects the people and are forcing the people to wake up before something dangerous happen. Now Sunday use the Harmony to harm Aventurine - so there is no save net under him anymore

I was spoiled on the Firefly reveal too, there was some dialog that got leaked forever ago and I came across it accidentally, I've been trying to pretend I didn't see it in case they changed it, but oh well I guess lol. GOD DAMNIT THEY MADE ME LOVE AVENTURINE TOO MUCH. I knew he was going to be a character I'd like, but damn they cooked hard with that boy.

What a banger of a story. Some things that are easy to miss in the theme park section: Gallagher said "I'm Thirteen"; rather than his age, it's a proper noun. Whether it means anything is up for debate, given the final cutscene. When following past Aventurine (mission 'All the Sad Tales'), the mission text constantly updates. Kinda like DRK quests in FFXIV, if you've played that MMO. It will repeat phrases, and have parts blocked out: "You are unable to uncover your past" "Your wounds will never heal" "You cannot escape the past" "Your future never existed" "failure discarded selfish useless pointless coward murderer gambler blessed discarded loser chosen-one Mother Goddesses' beloved crazy murderer blessed failure...etc." "⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜⬜" That is, until he recites the prayer with his past self, and remembers his sister's sacrifice. Then all the blank spaces are gone, and the "Harmony magic" effect on the edge of the screen is as well: "Get on stage Fear not Never look back". When in the void, before Acheron speaks, all the mission hints are quotes from his past. They play audio clips of different ones at the same time, so it's hard to tell (I got ADHD too lol) There's an aftermath of the battle with Aventurine in the theme park. You'll see it when exploring. Other things: The railing in Firefly's secret base has updated dialog. If you have Acheron, her Information section gets updated after this quest, including Story and Voice. Gallagher's voice lines have new context, after the final cutscene.

The 2.1 story was an absolute roller coaster of emotions. I really enjoyed seeing you go through it. Poor Sunday though, everyone was doubting if he even cared about his sister at all while he got absolutely destroyed by her death. Hope we get to see more from his perspective, just like Aventurine he's not someone who shows his inner life to others.

Loving the gameplay and reaction as always! I also got spoiled so my reaction was the same as yours during the big reveal haha. This time I made sure to play through all of it the day it dropped but still the damage was already done since last patch... Also somewhat spoilers but... I've been seeing this going around a bit about the lyrics of White Night and how it actually outlines pretty much alot that happens during 2.1 if you look at it from Aventurine's perspective. I can't believe they cooked this hard

Gallagher "I'm Thirteen" Did you know the number thirteen in tarot cards is Death. Just some random trivia I thought I'd throw out there. Weird how Thirteen was capitalized. lol Sunday saw Aventurine reveal that the TB has a Stelleron in them. I'm curious what he is going to do with that information should he not actually die. I also wonder who else could be watching.

1:49:29 literaly me , even before 2.1 droped i knew is gona be emotional and will show aventurine in a different light. plently of people disliked him when he was the most trustworthy person on penacony, I DO HOPE THEY REGRET IT, i already saw few changing their opinions, his story so far was the most fascinatinng one, worth all the prase and respect, even from those who judged him wrong. such a well writen character story!!

Edit: I may sound insane with the theories but f it we ball... I have included more insane ramblings in the replies after looking into Dewlight Pavillion readables I just want to talk about the design behind The Harmony: Sunday is obviously designed after an angel, I assume the path of harmony is based off religion, most obvious is Christianity, Xipe is a three headed Aeon , each head I assume is representing a part of God (The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) in the design philosophy. The Odes of Harmony is based on religious scripture with how it’s constantly quoted. This is just me assuming what they drew inspiration from as they designed the harmony path. Angels are messengers of God and so far we have two: Sunday is designed after a biblical angel, this is obvious with the eyes shown on his clothes such as the one on his chest which also appear on those birds, that part on his chest even shares the same colour scheme with his servants. This relates back to the part with the crew where March said “It feels like we’re being watched”, Sunday is the overseer of the dream. Robin is also used as an instrument of the Harmony, she speaks through the use of The Harmony after she lost her voice which draws parallels to many bible verses relating to becoming an instrument of God, she is even a singer in the design of her character. This same idea appears in the 3* LC Mediation "A drop of strength condensed from time itself. All the seemingly insignificant moments come together to form the magnificent choir of fate. " There is another theory that has surfaced but I think it's fun to talk about and that's every main character has a relation to a Tarot card that they represent: Obviously there is black swan who uses the arcana cards but this was put out there with Gallagher when he said “I’m Thirteen” referring to the card and not the number and the 13th Tarot card is the Death card, he said “I’m Death” when March asked his age… another detail about Gallagher and if he was referring to his age it implies leap years and 13 x 4 is 52, the number of suspects he stole details from as well as 13 and 4 being unlucky numbers relating to death I based my choices on the description given by; labyrinthos, just go visit the site to look at what the cards mean and these are all my opinions and interpretations... the site could just be inaccurate anyways and I just kind of went with it as I knew nothing before going into this Aventurine and Acheron are easy Aventurine - The Wheel of Fortune Card Acheron - The Hermit Sparkle is questionable, you’d think she’d be The Fool, but I think The Fool card is actually the Trailblazer and that Sparkle is actually The Magician (reversed) all about illusions The Devil card is the traitor in the family I assume, Lucifer was originally an angel to God but fell and became Satan so if they do take inspiration from Christianity then there might be similarities between this person and tampering the harmony and getting misguided by another force away from the harmony (possibly by the enigmata which Gallagher is said to be a follower of, and Death symbolises change, the reverse of The Death card is stagnancy and as Dr Ratio said "The impossible isn't Death but Dormancy" so this eventual unravelling is inevitable if we look back at the conversation of Welt and Acheron as people must always move forward) The Tower is a tough one because I don't think it's a character but a thing, there have been many mentions of a "wall" in penacony and I believe The Tower actually represents a falsehood with The Harmony on penacony, The Tower is linked to The Devil and that The Tower is actually the dreamscape . The site I got this from said something around "The old ways are no longer useful, and you must find another set of beliefs, values and processes to take their place." Sunday - Justice... I assume due to his actions and pursue of justice for Robin's death he will actually be ostracised by the family later in the story and see the unjustness within the family due to The Devil, this is just me predicting what may happen later due to the letter he received There is a lot more but I'll do that later... maybe

The problem is the Beta-Testing It starts pretty shortly before a new patch comes online Like I got spoiled how the End boss in 2.2 will look like already or new Light Cones art. Youtube/FB algorithmus works in that way that they sadly send you spoiler as recommended :/. At this point i’m happy not to get Story spoiled atleast
