    Very clear explanation, thank you. However as a patient with both GCA and PMR, I would just add that I think you’ve somewhat underestimated the debilitating effects of ongoing pain, stiffness, and worry about vision loss. Not to mention the constant effort to reduce steroids….I’m three years in and still on 7mg as I flare badly on anything less. Just adding a patient’s perspective 😊
