That soldier who ran up to the other soldier’s corpse, picked up his rocket launcher, and yelled “NICE” was the funniest shit I’ve seen from NPCs in years.

Something that I haven't really heard people talking about but I think is amazing is that at the beginning, the Pilot really does give master chef a gun with ONE bullet. He was saving that bullet for himself, which is some really amazing subtle storytelling, especially coming from 343

In my legendary run, I used the pulse carbine in honor of Zanny to kill Escharum. It took about 4 hours, but I did it. Needless to say, that's my greatest gaming achievement to date.

Ironic how the pulse carbine actually ended up being useful at the very end. The greatest arc in any Halo infinite campaign.

I have never laughed so hard, the way he screams like a little girl in the Escharum boss fight killed me. There's a skull that makes rare Grunt phrases more common, one of them is hearing the Grunts asking the MC if he's still angry with them!

The initial cutscene really does give Halsey credit, she's really built up the armour from the mk.IV (which got itself thwacked in wars 2). Its really visible in how it just takes the hammer directly and manages to survive relatively well whilst the mk.IV left the spartan badly wounded and armour probably irreparable and had to be replaced

The pulse carbine redemption arc is one of the greatest storylines I've seen in a long time. Truly beautiful
