As the types of screws I use increased, I wanted to make a drawer that only holds screws.
I was thinking of making a separate bowl shape inside, but I found a very suitable ready-made product.
Perhaps because of the fierce competition these days, I found a total of 210 cabinets with trays of three sizes at a very low price.
As soon as I saw it, I thought, "Oh, this is it!" and I designed it.
When I tried to design with mass-produced products, it was much more difficult than making them with my own size.
However, seeing the screws that are all made and organized neatly makes me feel at ease.
When I was working on it, I brought screws from various places, but now I can bring the entire tray that appeared in this video and work on it. I think it will be much more efficient.
I'm planning to make two more identical drawers to organize all kinds of screws, bolts, and drill bits that I use.

again and again and again, my friend, I don't comment on all your videos (but i should), your work is exceptional. Continue to make us dream through these videos, I who don't have the time to be in the workshop as much as I would like, you allow me to live my passion through your work! Thanks for that!

As far as I know, Kynosys used to make each box out of wood instead of plastic and decorated them with LED lighting 😄😄 Great work. Keep working

Sie sind ein sehr Genialer Mensch, ich schaue mir sehr sehr gerne ihre Videos an. Man kann sehr viel aus ihre Videos lernen vielen dank
  • Not only are you organized in storage but you are very organized when it comes to assembly of a project. I think that is essential for an efficient shop. No time wasted going back and forth to cut another piece needed. Very nicely done! I've been trying to find the same varied sized boxes but without a lip. I may just have to hire a 3-D printer.

Very nice build. I have something similar in mind for my stash as well. However, I honestly don't think you can ever make enough ports for the multitude of so many different types of hardware you need in any shop. Between size length and gauge and SAE and Metric versions, and than add in wood hardware too, it gets overwhelming... But you did an a mazing build to combat that large list... Thumbs Up!

Very well done. I can understand your satisfaction havin everything sorted like this. I personally prefer a sort of steel "briefcases" with similar plastic boxes, that you can take out individually. They have a lid that keeps the screws in, when you carry them around. I store these cases in a rack similar to your drawers. In such a case I can mix smaller and larger sizes of boxes, so the screws can be sorted by theme (furniture, general wood, Pocket hole, etc.). The advantage for me is the mobility, since I can take a complete theme to the construction site, which is often not my workshop. Keep on with your impressive work. It is always interesting to see, how people on the other side of the world organize their workshop. Greetings from Germany! Andreas

    Нравятся Ваши идеи. Спасибо.
  • Inspiring and impressive! I would need some kind of labelling to stay organised with such a huge variety of screws...
