Jordan may have accomplished more than LBJ, but LBJ really seems like a much kinder person to me. This is the reason why I like him more.

Wow, i think i just gained a new level of respect for LeBron James.
  • @BoyDanny93
Lebron seems like a better person than many people making it seen like

As a person, you would never see Jordan give a speech like this talking to the inner city youth in Chicago, kids kill one another for his shoes and you never hear a peep from Jordan, he's all about his money. Lebron seems to really care about his city, the youth and there future.
  • It's a shame that this video gets so much hate, not even the video, just lebron as a person. There's so many athletes and celebrities who don't do shit for the youth. This guy leads the NBA in charity events, uses his personal money to give kids scholarships, paid for thousands of adults in Ohio who never graduated to get an opportunity to further their education, and constantly gives uplifting messages to the kids. He's telling kids to listen To their parents, stay out of trouble, pursue their education, follow their dreams, and just be good in general and you people are talking shit calling this speech corny? Wtf? Lol... That's why celebs and athletes choose to not do shit cuz people are ungrateful

LeBron promised he'll do his best to bring a Championship to the Cleveland Cavaliers and the whole state of Ohio and he delivered! #Witness

I know a lot of you guys are knocking this Homecoming and I can partially understand. First we need to remember he did this for the kids. So, what might not be "inspiring" to us, more than likely IS inspiring to the young ones in this crowd, more especially those who are from my area that grew up idolizing LeBron the way most of us idolized Jordan. What he's doing is a good thing for the community, rich or poor, famous or not, egotistical or humble. We also need to remember that even when he left, he came "home" every summer and had his annual bike rally where he raised money and gave away thousands of bikes to kids that come from families who can't afford those types of luxuries... white, black or asian. Yes I'm a huge Cleveland/LeBron fan but those of you from other cities that have teams and players that you are a huge fan of, I'm sure your judgment and outlook would be a little biased to the side you benefit from. Just my two cents...

honestly as big celebrities go, that kids look up to, this was nice of him to do. You hear kanye talk and all he does is ruin kids, at least lebron pushes for kids to better themselves, respect authority, and do well in school. how could you possible hate on him for that?
  • lebron donated $80 million to akron kids for college tuition, lebron is a great achieved person, more achieved than MJ
  • @armeltheone1

  • @MicrowavedRamen
