Making sure her daughter is save from her father, Harley could be considered as a good mom. Not a good role model of a mom, but she did what was best for her daughter.

No mention of her abusive relationship with the Joker? I feel that's the biggest thing DC wants everyone to forget... Everyone is convinced that they are a, "Relationship Goals," kind of couple, and DC is fine with that. They just sweep Joker's highly abusive tendencies, that actually drove Harley insane in the first place, under the rug. That seems like THE BIGGEST thing they want us all to forget...

the thing about Harley Quinn having a daughter makes sense. In the movie "Batman Beyond: Jokers Return" it shows Harley as Dee Dee's Grandmother. So therefore their mother has to be the one and only Lucy!
