    I joined one free class and pay for 3 months, it is really fun and managed to felt all part of my body muscle is being work on. It is definitely recommended and not just doing cardio, stretching our body is also important.

    I recently just started doing CrossFit, which incorporates all those you’ve mentioned, twice a week, went 3 times so far! Love it!
