All I can say is that the roof sheets were installed back to front. First sheet goes up, then you should be able to route cables in the cable void of that sheet, then add the next sheet. Trust me I went through this today. Also that screw that went through the sheet into the beam had to be pre drilled, I destroyed the tips of half my screws trying to set that screw. Other than that everything was perfect, looks great and a quite sturdy once complete. Tips I would add - , you need a laser level, you need an aluminium cutting circular saw blade, a step drill bit and definitely a two person job installing those roof sheets.

Hi guys, I have this job to do this week in Portugal and I have been dreading it. After watching this amazing video I am now looking forward to it! lots of very useful tips and I'm loving the humour, wondering how many times Pagey caught the projectile between his teeth instead of his hands. Great vid lads, keep it up! Feliz Natal from Portugal!

How did the roof support your weight when you were applying the sealant and foam? There was no beam under it..

Good vid guys. Did you need to cut back each beam when you spliced them together or does the factory do this in advance? I really like that detail on splicing the beam as it give a much cleaner, stronger joint and other methods 👍

very nice work! I'm amazed that you don't need any center beams and that the entire roof is laying on the wall and posts.. can you share some additional information regarding lighting and maybe a fan installation?

Hey the bros. Is it normal for the whole structure to have some flex in it. When i grab one of my timber posts and shake it a little, the whole structure shakes/flexes. About 10-15mm of movement. Scared it might fall. Its about 10 months old.

Hi, what size is that receiver channel, and why do you have the wider part on top.
