Poppy's dancing is so underrated. She was a dancer before becoming a singer so I'm glad this video highlights how good she is regarding that area

I swear Poppy is a complete wild card when it comes to what genre she is gonna do next and I absolutely love that.

For anyone wondering this dance is called a "Fluid Dance" and is one of the first duet dances learned when training at the professional level. It's considered fairly hard because of the seemingly random cues needed at each point

i remember hearing about her being a dancer before a singer but realizing she rarely incorporated dances into her music videos so this is just so nice to see. she’s so amazing and i love the new style too😩😩poppy’s the best artist ever

Stagger is such a chill song and just love how Poppy's voice sounds singing it! Poppy you are my favorite artist!
  • @the_cursor
Poppy is definitely one of the most interesting artists today. I like that, instead of doing the "safe" thing (picking a genre and sticking with it), Poppy constantly reinvents herself.

She's been through a lot and now she's telling us all of it in a very beautiful, expressive and symbolic way. I love you Poppy 🖤
  • I went to see Jane's Addiction and Smashing Pumpkins and I had no idea Poppy was opening for them. She was in a trio and it was killer, very strong performance. If you know she's performing nearby, she's definitely worth the tickets.

She's got a point, she's an icon, she's a legend, and she is the moment
  • Her voice is very rich and beautiful in this track. And can’t forget her beautiful black hair! It makes her look have an edge to it and compliments her eye makeup too. This song has always meant a lot to me when I heard her preform it. Sometimes it feels like she was talking to me. Sometimes we stagger and don’t even realize we’re regressing.

I’ve been following this girl for like half a decade now? And i just found out she can dance like this… what masterful performer she is

It's great seeing how much Poppy's music has shifted and changed into something so vastly different but oh so very entertaining. Growing up and listening to her songs slowly form into a unique yet killer music is so wonderful to vibe to. 🖤
  • Sometimes it just doesn't take much. Two people a choreography and a really beautiful song. So simple and yet so touching.
  • The dancer in this is Eric Klich! He’s amazing and him & Poppy look so great together!!❤
  • It’s like almost every song of her’s is flawless and I know this one will be as well!
  • @leech7354
Her voice, the lyrics, the choreography, I love everything about this❤
  • This was breathtaking. The music, the dance, the cinematography... It's absolutely beautiful. I could watch this all day

This probably has to be one of my favorite songs from her. Her vocals sound so raw and so soft and it sounds very different from her normal work. I hope we get to hear more of this sound in future works 🥺✨️
