Forget about all the Norte & Sur drama and just respect this homie for his skills. If this dude claimed Sur I'd have the same respect. He put his heart into his lyrics and dude had bars. His production was on point too. And who cares that he's White. He loved his brown and black homies and he had their respect too.

Woodie is one of the rappers who gets universal love from Blacks, Mexicans, Whites, Asians because he was real. That is rare , I really only seen Tupac get that kind of love across racial lines in Cali but Woodie got it too.

Living in the uk, we hear mainly mainstream sh'it. I heard of woodie about 12 years ago when i was locked up. Woodie is in his own league, a legend.
