  • These compilation videos are a great idea. I dont know if youve done it before, but you seem like you can do a really respectful/interesting version of "weird" meals (which this kinda is on some of them) like lowest cal or most meals per day, or most veggies, or highest protein per meal.... etc. Seems like you guys found a fun new angle which this massive library of vids!

    Awesome video. 40 m 5/9 135 Iā€™ve been on my weightlifting journey for 7 months eating 5k calories a day. I literally eat the same 4-5 meals every day and I love it.

  • Man I remember my powerlifting days it was fun but the eating it took to maintain size can be taxing! In my 20s i was 240 and into my thirties i was around 220 now in my 40s I'm 150, literally half the man i used to be šŸ˜‚ I still train but just to stay lean and strong! šŸ’Ŗ
