Recently I had the pleasure of hosting a live event in Sydney, Australia. This event was part of a lecture series called The Brain Body Contract. My favorite part of the evening was the question and answer period, where I had the opportunity to answer questions from the attendees of each event. Included here is the Q&A from our event at the ICC Sydney Theatre.

  • @krim86
Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
  • ¡Hola Profe!Just wanted to express my deepest gratitude for education You bring us every week. Thank You for all Your hard work and care for all of us.
  • Damn, I love this unhinged version of Andrew Huberman 🤣 He could be a comedian on stage
  • I love knowing the background image for the NSDR is a Sydney sunrise! Epic sunrises over the ocean, glad you got to enjoy them. It was a delight to come to this event and see you in person. Thank you for your interest in humanity Dr Huberman!
  • @studioraya
Doc, I want to tell you I value SO MUCH when you do things like sharing on the fly your reflection about you must've been a difficult child or explaining yourself about the nsdr coining and not trying to be disrespectful to Yoga Nidra. In this era of curated image and fake personas I really appreciate you show yourself that true and humane, it allows me to be proud and feel safe of sharing with others that you are a hero to me. Por favor no cambiés nunca, Andrés!!
  • Dr. Huberman, you were a clue for the “Podcast” category on “Jeopardy! Masters” show tonight!!! 🎉Congrats, that’s sooooo bananas cool, and it was so fun that I knew the answer to the clue immediately!!! 🥳
  • I support your research and revelations of data… Gods speed with both ….🙏👏👏
  • I’m really excited about the research being done into these alternatives therapies for mental health issues. I worked in healthcare so I always believed in western medicine. I was working a high stress nursing job, started into peri-menopause which led to chronic migraines then my mom was diagnosed with ALS. I was dealing with too much. I went to my doctor for help. Which led to other doctors and other doctors. It’s over 10 years later and 22 psych meds later. I’m still scraping my brain off the sidewalk. Thanks for sharing your personal experiences and for bringing this information to the masses. It so important that more attention is brought to this issue. I’d do anything to get the last 12 years of my life back so if you an help even one person it’s so worth it.
  • Someday You'll know what You have done for me. By now, just know that I'm thankful and happy for your existence. X3. Love You! Kisses to your heart, and greetings from Mexico.
  • @newday2637
I use your NSDR video when I wind down at end of my day to relax and read or watch something. I also added to my sleep playlist I find it helps me relax to better sleep.
  • Dr. Huberman, thanks so much for the great content! This is my new favourite podcast channel. I can't help but trying to give an idea for an episode, to talk about, in particular, endurance sports. I know you've covered the subject in passing at times but I'm curious about multi-hour endurance sports - marathon (ultra and regular), triathlon, etc. I hope all is well. Thanks
  • Glad to be the part this amazing event. The biggest Hubermanlab event ever happened❤️🙌
  • Thank you - I was there too! It was very informative and entertaining.
