They do this for certain strong man competitions, especially the casual competitions. They have who I think is their cameraman, and call him "the every man" and let him go first to show exactly what you're describing! It's honestly very helpful and makes their feats of strength even more impressive after seeing a regular dude give it a go

This was really fun. I love the substitutions idea too! The diamond's player score would have been much worse if the score actually tracked / subtracted goals or chances conceded. I really liked how Sunless and Gregan touched on this later in some sense. They talked about score vs. affect on the game with chances created and defending (neither also score tracked) to cause a player to give up the ball.
