If I had a nickel for a game that had a yellow-toned rabbit that ended up being possessed by a purple-toned murderous entity, I'd have 2 nickels. Which isn't a lot, but it's weird that it's happened twice

I think Nelson initially survived the giant fish attack, which would explain why the cursor was left on the dock, there were bandages on the floor, and why the windows became barred. Skye probably tracked him down after that and killed him.

One thing you didn't consider,telling Ben the truth might encourage him to leave and head to safety. If he believes his dad is alive,he might die in the cabin

Just realized why there are two different save icons at the bottom. The little pawn means you've reached a checkpoint. A check.... this game is so clever

I’m thinking C stands for cursor. And the dead hand Mat and Tom found when they fell in the pit in the maze is maybe the “C” from the letters.

At this point, I feel like anything that gets an episode 2 on gtlive is guaranteed to get a theory. But that's just a theory.

You forget about how when Skye snapped, she was ranting/angry about being looked down on. In a game, the player is always the main character. They're always the best, they always win. We look down on the NPCs as just NPCs. And the cursor is how the player enters and interacts with the world. Skye controls the other Hands. She wants to be like the player. She's trying to be like us. And she also tries to eat us. But she vomits black goo - and that's what the hands are full of.

In the vents, the game also gives you a visual clue: the silent direction will have slower circles coming from the finger, while the noisy direction will have faster circles

Could Silvie be a stand in for a game dev? Afterall the game is inside another game. And a game dev would totally be the creator or 'mother' of the characters in the game, but also their controller.

I wonder, based on Skye's dialog after the third round, if you had lost the once or twice in the first two rounds of the fishing mini game, would frog have lived? I might have to try it out myself. Update: I tried to lose or tie in both rounds 1 and 2, but you have to win both rounds to continue, and I see no way to win the third round any differently to make a difference. So, I guess you just can't save Nelson.
